Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative procedures within the branch.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Answering the telephone

· Maintaining the customer database

· Dealing with customer queries at the trade desk

· General admin duties as required

· Answer calls into the branch

· Builders' merchant experience would be a distinct advantage

· Giving excellent customer service

· Previous administrative experience

· Good IT skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook

· Great Attention to detail

· Confident, outgoing and friendly

· Good customer service skills

· Previous experience in a builder's merchant would be a distinct advantage
