Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our Glasgow office team.

 

The Role

The role will involve administration duties such as audio typing, answering incoming telephone calls, booking meetings, managing diaries, co-ordinating clients instructions and returns and ensuring a smooth running of the office each day.


The role will primarily assist our residential team but may also be required to assist the commercial team and cover reception.


Role Requirements

Knowledge and experience of working within a similar role is essential.

Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. Excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to learn quickly and understanding the importance of meeting deadlines are required.


Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working within an office environment, audio typing experience, a full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. They will have the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
