Full Job Description

  • To supervise Robertson café team ordering stock and maintaining an accurate food transfer list from the kitchen

  • To provide excellent customer service to all café customers.

  • Ensuring all marketing and presentation of counters is the Robertson quality brand standard.

  • To assist the kitchen team in cleaning the kitchen daily to specific high standards providing the client consistent high-quality service.

  • To ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of all equipment used by RFM.

  • To assist in the provision of the site waste management procedures

  • To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services

  • Compliance with the observance of RFM's policies and procedures specific to cafe

  • Support the vending machine service in terms of stocking, cleaning, product rotation and cash administration


  • What you'll need:
  • Compliance with all HACCP and COSHH procedures

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service.

  • To provide a safe and hygienic environment in all building food areas and follow Robertson Food Safety manual.

  • To always operate with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, waste disposal, etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.

  • To ensure the safe storage for all chemicals used by the catering staff.

  • To follow the RFM Food Safety Policy and Food Safety Management System


  • The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting in the job.
