Client Administration Associate, based in Glasgow

Covenant Review is currently seeking a Client Administration based out of our Glasgow office.,

• Benefit from online and in-person bespoke training program provided by Fitch Group


• Work on a day-to-day basis with highly experienced finance lawyers, salespeople, and other professionals


• Opportunities to develop internally via Covenant Review or within the wider Fitch Group


We'll Count on You To :

• Act as main point of contact for user administration needs, including new user setups, user deactivations, and ensuring all entries are up-to-date and accurate


• Maintain accurate records and permission subscribers for access to Covenant Review and CreditSights research


• Help troubleshoot website and subscriber issues as needed


• Generate and review usage reports and assist the sales team with analysis


• Help manage inbound subscriber request routing and respond to subscriber inquiries


• Support company stakeholders as needed in operations
  
  Recent college graduate


• Experience using and managing Salesforce


• Superior attention to detail plus the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
