Customer Service Assistant (Telesales)

Campbells Prime Meat Ltd is Scotland's leading supplier of foodservice products to hotels and restaurants. We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant to work in our Telesales Team.

Duties will include -

· Answering incoming calls from customers and processing orders on to our computer system.

· Deal with incoming customer communications by email

· Provide customers with product information.

· Record keeping and scanning of documentation.

· Communicate with production staff as required regarding customer queries.

· Provide support to members of the sales team with pricing information, customer specifications and other admin support tasks.

Suitable candidates will have good computer skills and have previous experience of working in a telesales or similar environment, be enthusiastic and well presented. We are also looking for excellent communication skills.

Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. This role also involves working occasional Saturday mornings 8am to 11am.
