Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve positive outcomes for employability including jobs, volunteering and skill development? Are you a champion of the third sector and the role that these organisations can play in promoting Fair Work and good employment? If so, we have just the role for you! Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) is the partnership and development agency for the third sector in Stirling. As the local third sector interface we are a membership organisation of locally based charities, social enterprises and volunteer-led community organisations. We are currently seeking a Development & Engagement Coordinator in Employability to facilitate partnerships and design a commissioning framework for employability programmes within the third sector, providing local people with opportunities, skills, and positive outcomes for employment. Designing, delivering, and evaluating programs that tackle local employment needs will be at the core of your responsibilities. You'll support third sector organisations in developing fair work practices, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for people from diverse backgrounds. You'll also oversee our employability grants programme, using data to measure effectiveness and inform future improvements. Providing guidance and training to empower third sector organisations in engaging with local commissioning processes will be key, as you work to co-produce new services in employability. SVE have a generous benefits package including 40 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays and mandatory shut down period over Christmas/ New Year), employee pension scheme with SVE contributing 6% of qualifying salary and enhanced family leave policies. TSI's exist to build empowered communities with a thriving third sector, which consists of community groups, voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises. SVE provides services, aimed to build third sector capacity, structured around the themes of third sector excellence and resilience, social innovation, volunteering, community development and third sector involvement in community planning and decision making.
