Full Job Description
- Lead and coordinate projects across Fund Accounting Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology, Operations partners for our Fund Accounting clients;
- Project Manage a portfolio of 5-10 Fund Accounting Projects ensuring full adherence to internal governance standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
- Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk;
- Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary approvals for the project are obtained
Degree/Diploma Qualification (Business Studies, Finance, Marketing, Technology) - 1 -2 years' experience working in a corporate environment, preferably (but not required) within a Funds Administration organization.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage own capacity.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English required.
- Confident presence when engaging with senior audiences.
- Project Management experience ideally preferred.
- Qualification in project management or equivalent preferred but not essential.
- Finance industry background
- Experience in driving projects with external clients will be an asset
- Stakeholder management skills
