Full Job Description
You will be responsible for office administration, main duties include, but not limited to:
- Reception
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Taking payments
- Overseeing credit control activities
- General office admin
- Organising staff annual leave and staff related documents
- Answering calls and Emails
- Proficiency in general office duties and administrative tasks
- Computer literate
- Must be confident with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
You will deal directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required with professionalism and excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face.
Being the main point of contact for all customers, both face to face and on the phone, welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Liaising with Technicians instructing them on daily jobs.
Updates between customers and Technicians to ensure jobs are progressed correctly and efficiently.
Work to a high standard at all times, communicate with staff and customers with a great attitude and as part of our team.
Experience within the motor trade is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
