Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of risk and compliance specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure our policies and procedures remain up-to-date and compliant.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate risk-related issues and recommend appropriate actions.
• Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitor their effectiveness over time.
