Scottish Island Hospitality Front of House

We are looking for front of house staff to work for our client based in luxuary 5 star resort based on the West Coast of Scotland. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a desire to work within a destination dining experience showcasing fresh local sourced fresh produce within a fine dining setting.

If have experienced in Bar or Waiting and want to work as part of a successful team to provide customers with an exceptional standard of food and service then you are just the person we are looking for.

Our Bar Staff and Waiting Staff:

• Serving of food & drink including cash handling


• VIP Box and Restaurant Service


• Assisting with the clear down at the end of each shift
  
  Previous experience in food and beverage in a fine dinning/high end gastro environment


• Knowledge of cocktails is preferable


• Excellent communication skills & customer sevvice skills


• Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment


• Excellent organisational skills


• Good team player as well as ability to work on own initiative
