This is an exciting time to join the Talent Acquisition team at SEPA. We are transforming our approach to recruitment which has resulted in the creation of the role of Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a great opportunity to join SEPA at the start of something exciting and to play a part in developing the systems, processes and ethos to strengthen SEPA’s employer brand.

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor, you will work closely the Talent Acquisition Manager driving attraction, selection, recruitment, and assessment of all talent joining the organisation.

With a strong focus on the candidate experience and employer brand, the TA Advisor will provide high quality, effective and efficient professional support and advice to ensure SEPA becomes an employer of choice and attracts a diverse range of candidates from different backgrounds and experiences. You will also supervise the Talent Acquisition Administrator ensuring the day-to-day talent acquisition process and activities run smoothly.
