Full Job Description

  • Build relationships with candidates and client's, maintaining high levels of customer service and being their first point of contact for any queries.

  • Ensure the set up and stabilisation of new packages of care as well as managing these care packages long term

  • Filling rotas to ensure we are adhering to our commissioned responsibility, and being able to think outside the box to ensure a rota is covered safely.

  • Engaging with the database (current/unavailable/prospect), booking in clinical training and ensuring the candidates are ready to work in the care packages.

    Previous experience working as a healthcare coordinator

  • Exceptional attention to detail and being able to manage work loads as well as working toward deadlines

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • The ability to work independently to ensure the completion of our tasks
