Whisky Specialist

You will be responsible for the welcome and personal care of the guests, ensuring a consistent luxury and personalised guest experience

• As a Whisky Specialist you are responsible for all the bar activities under the guidance of the F&B Ops Manager, including service, cost control and building our Whisky collection. You will support the F&B Ops Manager by providing creative ideas to drive revenue and create the ultimate guest experience, tailored to our Scottish spirit. You will support the F&B Ops Manager by assisting in collaborations with Brand Ambassadors and suppliers. You will identify opportunities to enhance quality standards regarding beverage, set up, presentation and atmosphere. You will take ownership over the bar, always ensuring cleanliness and ensure the bar is fully set, stocked and ready for service. You will manage guest recovery situations promptly and effectively You will oversee cash handling and cash up procedures

We are currently looking for Full Time Whisky Ambassador with a passion for whisky to join the team. The key role of the Whisky Ambassador is to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager by taking ownership of specialist whisky bar. Our specialist Whisky Bar, featuring over 150 whiskies along with a high-quality selection of gins, cognacs and other spirits. This is where our guests can go to find their perfect dram, guided expertly by our Whisky Ambassador.
