Create and distribute operational paperwork with clear instructions in line with agreed timescales.

Generate empty wood reports for the operations and cooperage teams' utilisation.

Coordinate with external suppliers to secure the most efficient transportation for stock movements.

Ensure all cask movements to company locations are completed promptly to facilitate operations.

Manage the administrative tasks involved in updating information within key documents, such as the Vatting Plan and the Operations Plan.

Monitor mature operations samples to ensure timely delivery for vatting and bottling operations/tankers.

Provide general administrative support and holiday cover to the broader Operational Stock Planning team.

To be successful in this role, you have excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively with high attention to detail. Highly proficient in use of MS Office systems. Ability to interact and communicate confidently with cross-functional teams. Previous planning experience would be advantageous.
