As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all services within Operations run effectively and are delivered in line with contractual obligations and the expectations of the Association.
You will be required to work closely with the CEO and members of the Executive Committee on both strategic and operational matters, and will have overall management responsibility for a range of community based care services. It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent management and leadership skills and have the ability to translate strategy into delivery within allocated budgets.
You will be educated to Degree Level and have knowledge and understanding of this sector market. Experience of Risk Management, Performance Management and Management of Social Care Services is essential, as is a knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks and regulating bodies.
