| Senior Accountant Falkirk (Town)
- DOE + excellent benefits |  | We are currently recruiting for Senior Accountant for a UK "top ten" accountancy and business advisory group who offer a structured training and development programme to help you achieve your potential.
The main duties of the position are;
- To manage a portfolio of clients in respect of their accounting and business requirements.
- To work as part of a cohesive team to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Providing accounting solutions through knowledge of UK GAAP and UK tax to ensure that clients manage their business in the most tax efficient manner.
- Managing value and avoiding risk through timely planning and resourcing, appropriate researching and billing of work in progress.
- Managing client and third party relationships from initial set up meetings to on going service issues; building trusts and monitoring service standards: responding quickly and efficetly to client needs.
The succeessful applicant will possess;
- ACA/ACCA qualified with post qualification experience or qualified by experience
- Stong Sage Line 50 skills with the ability to resolve client problems on this software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to liase with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to priotitse effectively for self and other members of the team
- Strong IT skills
