We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our based at our client's site in 9 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh. This is a new building, part of a wider development where you'll work within a site based management team, managed by our client CBRE.,

Monitor site CCTV and be fully conversant with the CCTV monitoring and recording system on-site and follow up on any alarms that may occur.

Check emails and respond as required.

Internal patrols utilising the electronic patrol system, in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.

Reporting building services and fabric defects.

To show a professional security presence throughout the estate.

Customer Service is paramount. Greet visitors with excellent customer service while following security procedures.

Maintain an accurate record of the electronic daily occurrence book, ensuring that all events are logged correctly.

To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company's Health & Safety policy and Health & Safety Management plans.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

Have a good understanding of the Assignment Instructions.

SIA licensed essential.

Computer literate.

IT literate and familiar with modern management systems

Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.

First Aid training is an advantage.
