Iconic Resourcing Accountancy & Finance Division is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a 3-month FTC Finance Assistant position with a hugely successful Beauty brand in Glasgow, offered on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Our client has undergone remarkable growth in recent years, with their turnover more than tripling this year alone. As a disruptive force in the Beauty industry, they are making significant strides both in the UK and internationally, earning a reputation for innovation and excellence. In light of their expanding operations, they seek a motivated, dedicated Finance Assistant to join what is acclaimed as "the premier Finance team in Glasgow!".

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

Monitoring the mailbox on a daily basis
Prompt processing of a high volume of customer deductions, supplier invoices, allocations, and queries
Collaborating with sales teams to address sales pricing queries and manage customer deductions
Coordinating with the warehouse team to manage sales orders, returns, and credit memos
Conducting reconciliations to support month-end procedures
Reviewing pricing and approving sales orders in Business Central
Handling sales receipts and refunds in Business Central
Undertaking ad hoc tasks to support the Management Accountant and other Finance Assistants

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

Finance Graduates or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in numeracy
Strong IT literacy
