In this role, the Accounts Administrator will play a pivotal role in the businesses success by processing all customer invoices and taking responsibility for credit control.,

Prepare and issue all sales invoices to customers using SAGE 50.

Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve any invoicing queries.

Ensure timely receipt of all customer purchase orders.

Post daily bank receipts and payments into SAGE 50.

Assist with payroll

General office duties

Previous experience in accounting would be preferable and a knowledge of SAGE 50 and Office 365 also desirable. Full training for the successful candidate will be given., The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised, detail orientated, conscientious and able to prioritise and multi task. Good communication skills, ability to handle confidential information and attention to detail are also key requirements.
