My client, a specialist recruitment company is looking for a business savvy experienced recruiter who will build a desk in a market not yet adequately covered in Scotland! With offices globally, the brand is massively developed and have the profits to prove it! In Edinburgh, they want to mirror this success.
The facilities desk requires a recruiter who is a good business developer. This is not a market short of candidates, which makes for a pleasant change! Working to high fees and a 30% commission structure makes for a great chance for a recruitment consultant to earn big but to also become the divisional head on this sector as the team grows.
You will be joining a branch already up and running, who have an established portfolio of clients and who have a down to earth, consultative style of recruitment. Construction, M&E or technical recruitment experience will transfer well into this market.
