Eden Scott’s client, an international IT Service Management software company who develop, implement and support a sophisticated high value business software solution, require a Channel Account Manager. The company specialise in delivering market-leading helpdesk and IT Service Management solutions to large UK blue chip organisations and international channel accounts.
Primarily you will be responsible for dealing with the account management of existing channel partners – maintaining and increasing revenue streams for additional licenses and consultancy business. Ideally located in East Scotland and based in the field you will also proactively identify and win new business opportunities within current channel accounts.
You will have an outstanding track record of selling IT software solutions to managed service providers and channel partners. You will have evidence of generating new business and successfully managing large key accounts – providing helpdesk or service products.

To £50k + (OTE £80-100k) + bonus + executive car or car allowance + benefits
