The Association has now invested in roles to further develop our commitment to quality services and growth. Reporting to the development Manager the successful candidate will be expected to provide significant input into the efficient and effective performance of the function.
You will have relevant experience in a related activity and will have knowledge of CS performance standards, HAG procedures and current legislation affecting Housing Associations. You should have excellent organisational skills and be a strong team player with the ability to manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines. Computer literacy is essential along with excellent spreadsheet skills. A relevant qualification is also desirable.
The successful applicant must have access to a vehicle (essential car users allowance will apply). Lanarkshire area office.
