The Association has now invested in roles to further develop our commitment to quality services and growth. This new post will assist the Organisational Development Manager in implementing appropriate structures to meet the organisation's goals and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant human resource legislation and policies.
Duties will include implementation of appropriate strategy, policy and procedures and the Investor in People standard. You will also identify staff training and development needs and co-ordinate plans and provision. You should have experience in an HR role, excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload. Practical experience in reviewing policies and procedures and knowledge of IIP accreditation is also essential.
The successful applicant must have possession of a relevant qualification and access to a vehicle (essential car users allowance will apply). Cowlairs area office.
