The core responsibilites are:
" Managing the delivery of a high quality service to the business from our IT systems and first line support teams, in line with the SLA's in place.
" Ongoing relationships with IT and software vendors in support of this goal and ensuring prompt problem escalation and resolution.
" Work with clients and other IFS departments both locally and in other offices to resolve issues and to understand and meet business requirements in relation to the set-up, maintenance and configuration of IFS systems.
" Expand the support service to additional IFS systems as these are added to the infrastructure and to have an active involvement in change projects as required.
Successful candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of the Investment Administration business and a good understanding of the IT systems needed to support an IA business.
It is essential for this role to have proven experience of budgeting and the financial approval process .
