We are looking for a highly motivated manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing clear leadership and direction to around 60 staff whilst working with the senior management team to deliver key business objectives across the site.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provision of strong leadership when managing resources
• Motivation of staff to achieve production targets
• Creation and on time delivery of detailed production plans
• Delivery of operational efficiency improvements
• Delivery of set KPI’s
• Accurate delivery of communications
• Performance management

Experience/Skills required:

• Career history in modern manufacturing environment
• Significant experience within pressurised, demanding environments
• Lean manufacturing experience with a proven track record of implementation
•  Proven track record of performance against key performance indicators including quality,  delivery and cost
• Qualified to HND or Equivalent
