Senior ManagerGlasgow   £excellent salary plus benefits

Eden Scott's leading client within the Financial Services industry require a Senior Manager within their Investment operation to provide clients with a Corporate Actions service for all assets held in Custody. You will be responsible for teams who collate all market intelligence in both the UK and International market ensuring that the out-turn is distributed to clients in the form of cash or stock.  Providing a service to a diverse client base, you will ensure that all communications and reporting is accurate, timely and compliant, whilst focusing on product management. 

Accountabilities

• ensure all processes have measures in place across various platforms, and all key risk and quality indicators evolve in line with the growth of the business
• implement productivity measures and set the benchmark in line with SLAs
• ensure all team members have the correct training and tools to do their job to the highest standards
• keep up to date with new market initiatives, amend/create processes and products as required
• liaise with key product stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service, leveraging best practice where possible
• migrate all Events processing, streamlining all functions
• manage and lead a high performing team to achieve business goals and service excellence in their field

Skills/Attributes

• degree educated, with relevant experience in Corporate Actions is essential
• good numerical and analytical skills
• strong leadership and people management skills
• positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and an awareness of current market issues
• experience in managing multiple teams for differing processes within the corporate actions arena
• strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
