Bright Grey is a division of Royal London Group and specialise in Lifestyle Protection cover.  We have permanent vacancies for Administrators in our Customer Care area. This role provides a good grounding to progress to other roles within the company.

We have a number of administrator vacancies within our Customer Care area.  Initially the role involves processing new business applications by ensuring that we have the right information and updating our systems accordingly.  You’ll then move on to learn about other aspects of our new business until you’re able to perform all the tasks and work flexibly across the area. You’ll also get involved in telephone calls. Good keyboard skills, attention to detail and good communication skills are key to this role.  Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience, as full training will be given – what we need from you is energy and enthusiasm, and a positive approach to provide a great customer experience! 

A number of our people move into other areas of our business, and if you’re good, you can be sure that we’ll know about it!  We recognise the value of growing our own and encourage people to develop their careers, whether that be by moving into other areas of Customer Care, or a different area of the business.
