A national Building contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to an expanding work load.  Our client is involved in a number of new build industrial and commercial projects throughout the central belt up to 15 million in value.

The successful candidate will be professionally qualified to degree or HND level in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) and have extensive experience working on their own projects, dealing with post contract duties such as, preparing documents for tender, procuring sub contractors and dealing with final accounts for a main contractor.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package such as company car/ car allowance, private health and pension.
