Your day to day job will involve:
- Receiving and responding to all incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines and scripts
- Effectively handling all inquiries using a variety of tools in order to contribute to the achievement of company strategy and objectives
- Dealing with all customer contacts efficiently, meeting or exceeding their expectations of the company
Skills required
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Customer service skills (preferably gained within a contact centre, customer service or retail environment)
- The ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with a keyboard, mouse and monitor
