This is an excellent opportunity to work within a state of the art office for a successful and professional company based in Glasgow city centre.

 

You will be responsible for all aspects of the daily management of the business centre and potential new business centers, duties will include:

 

The successful candidate for the Office Manager’s Responsibilities is as follows:

 

  • Management of staff and HR issues Take responsibility for actions, work without supervision. Motivate others, use initiative, and decide priorities.
  • Staff training, development, reviews and appraisals
  • All administration duties and development of administration systems
  • Customer liaison
  • Marketing of the business
  • Business centre sales
  • Property maintenance
  • Responsible for maintaining security system
  • Stocktaking and ordering stationery, supplies etc.
  • Bookkeeping with Sage Accountancy Line50 Package
  • Credit control
  • Responsible for housekeeping of centre
  • Programming of the digital telephone system
  • Reporting to the Director on a monthly basis
  • Daily opening and closing duties- performed on a rota basis
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound client mail
  • Overflow telephone reception duties
  • Meeting and greeting viewers
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Assisting in setting up conferences and meetings

The ideal candidate will come from a customer focused role within an office and have previous experience of team management. The ideal candidate will also have a strong ability to problem solve, delegate, multi-task, plan and organise.
