Due to repeated success and recognition, this organisation is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to become part of their Commercial team. The sought individual should ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying and be a member of RICS. Previous and current involvement within procurement, contract negotiations, bills of quantities and general surveying would be desired and relevant experience within the residential sector would be advantageous.
If you are a newly qualified individual or a more experienced professional within the industry, this position offers Project Management, multi-disciplinary training and involvement.
