Due to a current restructure within the finance team our client is currently recruiting for an experienced accounts assistant to join there expanding team, this position is temporary to begin with but to the right candidate a permanent opportunity could exist. Skills

- Good organisation skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities will include

- Dealing with 1200 invoices within a small team
- Weekly payment runs for management approval
- Dealing with and resolving both employee and supplier queries
- Responsible for all supplier invoices ensuring they are recorded properly
- Ensure employer details are all up to date on system
