Page Personnel Finance are currently recruiting an Invoice-to-Costing Associate for a large industrial client based in Irvine.

Reporting to the team leader you will be responsible for:

• Perform Inventory Costing activity & analysis
• Support month end inventory close & balance sheet reconciliations
• Support IMT receivables invoices
• Inward Processing Relief analysis
• Initiate and support continuous improvement opportunities
• Operate within FSS standards for communication and customer services

The ideal candidate will have:

• A sound understanding of service delivery and customer needs
• The ability to work within a team and contribute to team success
• Experience of financial accounting transactions and reconciliations
• Good knowledge of Excel, PMRS, NOMS and SAP
• The ability to communicate effectively across teams and customers

This position will be for a minimum of 6 months to cover maternity.
