A large well know well manufacturing company based in the Irvine area seek to recruit an accounts clerk on a 10 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave
This is is an excellent opportunity to join a major company within the industry and gain valuable experience in helping you develop you accountancy career.
Main duties for this role are
- Invoice processing
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Produce monthly management reports
- Daily and monthly costing and analysis
- Dealing with various foreign currencies
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Completing payment runs by BACS and cheque
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Daily banking
- Dealing with invoice discrepancies
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 12 months accounts experience, have excellent communication skill and show the ability to operate as part of a team.
