This post offers an exciting opportunity for an innovative and experienced leisure professional to take the lead in operating community facilities in the Huntly area of Aberdeenshire. Key facilities include Huntly Swimming Pool and Lifestyle Centre, Huntly Nordic Ski and Outdoor Centre and in excess of 20 pavilions and community centres. You will be expected to develop service opportunities both for and in partnership with local groups to ensure Aberdeenshire delivers ?the very best' service.
Applicants should be committed to expanding opportunities for local people, and have significant experience of managing leisure and/or community facilities, and preferably posses a degree or professional qualification in a leisure discipline. The ability to lead staff, work in partnership with a wide range of organisations and collect and analyse data are also essential requirements as is the ability to travel.
