THE ROLE
Location: Grangemouth
Salary: £8.00 per hour
Reporting to: Accounts Payable Manager
THE COMPANY
A leading Construction company based in Grangemouth is currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant to work in their head office. This role is on a Temporary basis. The role involves:
Processing high volumes of Invoices
Matching goods received to invoices on the In house system
Posting Invoices to the system
Dealing with Purchase runs
Resolving client issues
Invoice clients for un-recovered supplier invoices
Reconcile bank statements on Sage
Enter purchase invoices onto Sage
Receive and deal with queries regarding supplier payments and deposit returns
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience of working within a high volume Purchase Ledger role. This role involves using In house computer systems and an understanding of Sage packages will help in your ability to use these In house packages.
