Manager/Assistant ManagerIrvine   Circa £16,500 per annum

To work in one of the UK's leading Bakery Retailers, we're looking for an assistant manger to work in a fast paced, practical hands on business.  As an Assistant Manager post, you will lead by example, setting high standards to maximise sales, whilst delivering excellent customer service targets and controlling costs.  The position involves managing the shop, stock ordering, merchandising, cash handling as well as staff rota's and training. Previous supervisory experience is essential.  Benefits:  Company profit share, Pay review annually, Company pension, Generous staff discount, Four weeks holiday, excellent public holiday payments, Life/Accident scheme and comprehensive training.
