Forecasting Analyst Livingston   £35,000 per Annum

Due to ongoing expansion my client, a dynamic world leader and manufacturing specialist, has a new opportunity for a Financial Forecasting Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant who has recently achieved the CIMA or ACCA Accountancy Accreditation. Previous experience of accounting within a manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.

Within this position you will be overly responsible for the development and production of the bi-monthly forecasting and annual budget process and ad hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

Bi-Monthly Forecasting - Ensure that the Actual v Forecast reports supplied to the Group Financial Controller are accurate

Annual Budget Process

Develop and maintain relationships with various business areas

Cost and Trend Analysis

Change Process - Ability to identify areas of the financial process which require improvement and suggest new methods or techniques.
