Hays client, one of the largest forces in domestic banking whose vision is to maximise their customers experience by offering a suite of quality products and service offerings that enable them to satisfy their financial needs and maximise their financial return on investments are recruiting for part qualified Personal Financial Advisers. This vacancy is a trainee position and you will be required to attend an intensive training course where our client will help you pass your CeFA qualification and once you're through that, you're on your way.

This will be followed by a structured training schedule, where you'll spend time learning about our client, their products and what it is to be a PFA. Then you'll be regularly monitored and receive ongoing support from a senior PFA until you are full of confidence.

Minimum  FPC 1,CeFA 1 or CeMap qualified
1 years sales experience in financial services or retail sales. (preferably face to face experience but call centre experience would be considered - if face to face experience has been gained in a previous role and only if you are actively selling from warm/cold leads and closing the sales yourself.)
Progressive career history
Must be delivering or exceeding target in your current sales role
Sound credit history
