Business Analyst

Operational Finance are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. The role will involve investigating, analysing and re-defining Business processes to support the strategic and tactical goals of the organisation.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
-Mapping of 'as is' processes and gain an understanding of how they interact and support business objectives
-Defining, developing and implementing process improvements
-Impact assessment of moving from current to future state
-User acceptance review of test material to ensure business requirements are met and delivered functionality/systems are fit for purpose
-Validation of business requirements and supporting IT documentation
-Defining and producing training material and implementing plans for use within Operational Finance
-Communicating finance initiated changes to all impacted business areas
-Compliance with Banking and Credit Card Scheme Rules
To be successful in this role, we would like you to have:
-Experience in business analysis and process re-engineering or have a detailed understanding of Sky's business processes and systems
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
-An awareness of strategic business objectives
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.00, 37.5 hours per week. Closing date for applications is Wednesday 2nd July 2008.
