One of the major building companies in the UK, with an annual turnover of more than £850m who operate in most public and private sectors, offering five core business streams - Design, Construction, Property Development, Facilities Management and PFI Projects, is currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to be based on their West Dunbartonshire Schools contract.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working with a contractor managing hard services. They will be based out of one of the schools, but the contract consists of 4 schools in total. You will be responsible for the management of hard services on a 25 year contract. The role will be client facing and as such you will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to relay information clearly and concisely to all levels.
Duties will include:
- On site management and co-ordination of all support services and Sub Contracted services
- Management of the service delivery team.
- Liaison with Clients Representative.
- Liaison with Clients letting / community services department
- Monthly Management Report and all other associated reports to be issued in a timely manner.
- All Qu-en-sh related management systems to be implemented and cascaded to all site employees.
As the role will involve an element of travel it is required that you hold a full valid driving licence in order to be consider for this position.
