Salary:£16,000 - £22,000 per annum
On Target Earnings up to £38,000

THE COMPANY
This global high street bank is currently seeking an individual with sales and customer service experience for the role of Customer Advisor for their Galashiels branch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career within the company progressing to Mortgage Advisor, Financial Planner or Branch Management to name but a few.
EXPERIENCE
•Proven sales skills is important in achieving your service and sales targets
• Experience gained within the Financial Services Sector
•Strong communication skills
•Being able to work as part of a team
•Effective at planning and organising
THE ROLE
•Meeting with customers face to face and over the telephone and gathering information to provide advise on the best possible product to match their needs
•Providing the best possible levels of customer service available on the market
•Working to exceed sales and performance targets on a daily basis
•Coaching and motivating your customer service colleagues is important to ensure the success of the branch.
