We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager in Dundee
Main Purpose of Position
To ensure that all staff provides a high level of customer service, administration is completed correctly, staff are well presented, vehicle/premises security and safety are maintained and resources made available to them are used in a responsible manner to achieve maximum revenue.
To control branch costs in all areas to achieve maximum profitability.
To train and induct staff to the required standard to achieve customer satisfaction.
Handle all telephone enquiries in a polite and helpful manner as a representative of the company.
Promote the company's products and services to all potential customers.
Secure all potential reservations meeting the individual customers requirements.
Liase with all internal departments and adhere to their requests and requirements.
Complete end of day fleet checks to ensure that all available vehicles are secured and present on system
Identify potential staff training requirements.
Keep personnel files updated on all staff allocated to the branch.
Recruit own staff to comply with the company's service and insurance requirements.
Accurately complete and submit all personnel administration.
To ensure that all staff maintains high levels of customer service in all customer contact situations.
To ensure that all vehicles are prepared according to the company's "ready for rent standard".
To ensure that all staff pass on all relevant information to the customer at vehicle handover.
To ensure that all administration is completed promptly and accurately in accordance with company requirements.
To ensure the accuracy and security of the branch computer system.
Successful candidates will need:
· Proven track record in branch Management
· Exceptional organisation skills
· Excellent people management skills
· Staff development skills
· Good communication (Verbally and written) skills
