Clinical Project ManagerWest Lothian   £Dep On Experience

Our client, a leading contract research organisation, is currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager to work with their expanding team involved in the processing of clinical trial results. 

 The responsibilities of the role include the review of relevant project protocols; verification of laboratory specifications; determination of specific test kit contents in addition to designing blood collection kits; writing of relevant laboratory instructions and helping to define the technical aspects of the protocols.  The jobholder will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of the project, while keeping in regular contact with both internal and external clients with regards to updates etc.

 Applicants MUST have the minimum of a degree in a life science subject and preferably a higher degree.  They must also have at least 2 years previous customer service experience gained in a client facing environment such as within a key CRO/Pharmaceutical operational function such as data management, clinical or pre-clinical operations, or, preferably within Project Management itself.  Please note that only those candidates with the relevant experience as detailed above, and have a proven track record of man management/ staff development will be considered for this role.
