SITE ENGINEER REQUIRED FOR TREATMENT WORKS EXTENSION

I'm looking for a Site Engineer to set out a 23km pipeline in the Scottish Borders. The pipeline itself will connect an existing water treatment works to a pumping station. Experience in such or similar projects would be a major plus, though those with solid, general civils backgrounds are also welcome.
