National Training Administrator, Professional Services, Glasgow.

Role description

The remit of this role is to provide Training administration duties to a fast-paced training department. You will be responsible for making meeting arrangements, inviting delegates, booking venues, and prepare and coordinate training reports. You will deal with senior stakeholders as you will be responsible for maintaining National Training diaries and plan training course dates and events.

Who we're looking for

The successful candidate will have solid training administration experience ideally gained within a similar environment. It is essential that you have superb organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are essential and experience of assisting with budgets would be advantageous. This role requires flexibility towards travel.
