Learning Development Manager
£35,118 - £38,478 (subject to job evaluation)
This is a key new post within GCVS Management Team. You will be responsible for the management and development of all Learning Services within the new Albany Conference and Learning Centre. With a sound understanding of the third sector, the opportunities and challenges it faces, you will have a sound grasp of what this means in terms of the sector's learning needs. Significant experience in training, organisational development, capacity building or social economy business development is essential, as is experience in developing services and a commitment to quality and customer care. You will also have skills in strategic development, supporting and developing staff and will have a proven commitment to equalities.
