The Role: Assistant Manager / high volume, branded Glasgow city centre restaurant.

Salary: £17000 - £19500 + bonus / benefits

Client: Multi-Site Branded Restaurant business

Ultimate Resourcing is currently working with one of the most respected branded restaurant operators to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its high volume Glasgow city centre restaurant.

You will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the day to day running of the business.

• This includes running shift, managing whole areas of the business including reception, front of house, kitchen and back of house.

• An ability and desire to deliver great product at all times and manage the business effectively are a necessity.

• A passionate and highly motivated individual is required for this role.

• The successful candidate will possess the ability to lead, train and develop a team.

• The perfect candidate will be passionate about customer service, love food and drink and have the personality to match the passion.

• The successful applicant will have management experience in a fast paced and customer focussed restaurant environment.

• Understanding of all financial aspects of the business including forecasting sales and costs, P+L, profit management
