A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Resource Manager with one of Edinburgh premier Financial Services Organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the evolution of a relatively new and progressive Procurement function. The role comes with a high degree of empowerment, and would suit someone who is self-directed and thrives on using their initiative and creativity to identify and deliver value enhancing opportunities within a non-mandated procurement environment.
Essential Experience
Considerable experience of in-direct and services category procurement within a multi-site environment, resulting in demonstrable success in delivering lowest total cost of ownership sourcing solutions, and experience in the successful development and implementation of best practice procurement processes in a non-mandated environment.
Experience of using e-Procurement systems and tools (e-Sourcing tools (Reverse Auction), electronic requisition to pay systems, contract management).
