The Job:
Receiving and responding to all incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines and scripts
Effectively handling all inquiries using a variety of tools in order to contribute to the achievement of company strategy and objectives
Dealing with all customer contacts efficiently, meeting or exceeding their expectations of the company

About You:
You will be an excellent communicator and enthusiastically express yourself
Fantastic customer service skills (preferably gained within a contact centre, customer service or retail environment)
Have experience in resolving customers issues
